It's difficult to read the percentage icon when your phone loses battery power because its white text over and almost white background on the right side and its white text over a pure black background on the left. Make the left green and the right black under the white text. Then we will all be able to read it even when you're down to 3% power. Otherwise it's literally white over almost white. Odd. I now practically need glasses to read it when my battery power is low. Never had this problem with the old one.

So it should be green on the left and black on the right for depleted and then the text can be white.1741900156107.jpg

I hate the new battery icon and I can't even change it. I wish they would give us multiple options. My OnePlus 12 has several to pick from.

To be honest with everybody, I don't really think there was too much thought process that went into this software update, because I have the flip 6 in that battery percentage icon looks like it belongs on a cheap phone.
The amount of money you pay for these phones, and this is the best you could come up with. Really people

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the battery percentage visibility when power is low. We understand that the contrast between the white text and background colors can make it difficult to read, especially at lower battery levels.

Your suggestion to adjust the background colors (e.g., using green for the left side and black for the right) to improve readability is a great idea. Ensuring clear visibility in all conditions is an important aspect of UI design and accessibility, and we will share this feedback with the relevant teams for review.

We appreciate your attention to detail and your commitment to improving the user experience. Thanks for being a valued part of the One UI Beta community, and we look forward to more of your insights.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
