There has been a new security feature added in Beta 4, in the more security features section of Security and Privacy. You can now turn on inactivity restart after 72 hours.

@SyCoREAPER  I agree as Samsung devs have been insufferably vague for years now. Anyway, Samsung states that in beta testing, certain features can be switched on for random users. That toggle has actually been available since last July (this can searched too). The beta 4 may have been the firmware update that allowed the toggle to be seen for all beta testers. I remember specifically having this toggle in beta 3, I just never paid much attention to it (I did have it toggled on though) as the need does not apply to how I keep important data safe by never putting any of it on my phone.

Samsung clearly states in its beta testing that, "Samsung expressly reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, limit the use of or disable the access to the Beta or any portion thereof at any time without notice or liability. To improve software, Samsung may present some features or the user interface differently between users ." And, "To improve software, Samsung may present some features or the user interface differently between users.".

I get that but they also turn on random ๐Ÿ’ฉ in final builds by default that shouldn't be on.

Nevertheless, as we both agreed, Samsung needs to do proper changelogs.

Single developers who build new ROMs every week provide them. This is a multi billion company with thousands of employees. They can at least start doing it for major/incremental stable updates
