Mine was too but update to April came today. My wife's went straight to April but mine went to March then updated today.

Updated to April here but I'm more interested in updates to goodlock modules and other Samsung apps, as the update banner said, there would be app updates after upgrading. But so far, 2 days later, no Samsung app or goodlock module updates.

But you can manually check GOOGLE updates on your own going to Settings - Google Services - All Services - System Services.
