Noticed whenever using YouTube, apple music, or streaming via the web. I can no not hear the music in stereo. All sound are playing in the left ear bud. If the left ear bud is left in the case. The sound will play in the right ear. This same issue is noticed when paired in the car or using the old style headphones. Phone calls work fine with both ear buds.
