Not getting One UI 4 beta update

I have signed up for the one ui beta program multiple times through the members banner and never get the update no matter what I do. I have the unlocked z flip 3, any ideas why it won't give me the update?

I live in Missouri USA and there no banner nor any info in notifications. There aren't even any search results when you search in the Members app!

I'm in Kentucky and I have the banner, it let me sign up just haven't gotten the update due to some delay
