Not high refresh rate

I'm sure my phone isn't doing high refresh rate most of the time or in an optimized way. 

I don't expect it to be be same as it's a beta but just wanna put it that it stutters and animations are kind of laggy sometimes.

I just tested out. He or she is correct. High refresh is not working even after turning off battery saving mode. It's the same issue if I were manually turning off or on motion smoothness.

Got mine to work by first switching to 1440p resolution and then back down to 1080p. Then when I turned on high motion smoothness again, it is now running in 120hz
