I didn't have this problem. My phone was working fine. It was for a few people and could be fixed by a simple update.

I didn't have it for most betas except the last and it was extremely frustrating. Having to constantly trigger airplane mode on and off to restart the network.

The only issue I had was lock screen adaptive clock moving and resetting, keeping my fingers crossed

These issues can happen even with the stable version, yet there are still no new features and nothing new.
