Notification black bar on landscape

I don't know how or what apps does this, but I noticed that certain apps have a very thick black bar near the notification/ hole punch area which covers past the camera cutout area. I know that it is default for apps to have a bar where the cutout is, but this bar is thicker than what you would get from OneUI5.1 or other apps. Does anyone have this same issue, and if so, what apps?

Image 2 is an example of how thick the bar is. If you have a Smasung device with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio like the S22U, S23U, etc. you will notice that the bar goes past the camera cutout and is thicker.

Update: It seems like this only happens for certain apps and happens normally for others.

I believe it's been like that for a little while now. It's only some apps when in landscape mode in order to hide the camera cutout.

It is thicker than usual. It covers more than just the cutout if you use the same aspect ratio as the S22 Ultra (19.3:9). In 5.1 it wasn't like this and only had a black bar on the camera cutout.

I know that it hides the camera cutout, but the black bar goes past the camera cutout and is thicker than usual by a little (though not too little for you not to notice it) in this particular app I was using.

It's a setting. I believe there is an auto mide which chooses when to hide the camera cutout. You can choose which apps do this in the display settings.

Most apps have a black bar on the cutout, but the bar that I am talking about in this specific application is thicker than the default bar you get and I am wondering if its just on this app, or if it happens to other apps on landscape mode.
