DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for the detailed breakdown and scenario. Based on your explanation, it sounds like the unlock state wasn’t properly carried over when transitioning from the cover screen to the main screen, which may have resulted in the notification shade appearing empty despite notifications being present.
We'll share this with the development team for further analysis, especially given your mention of "Extended Unlock" and the possible unlock flag conflict. If the issue persists or you're able to reproduce it consistently, please consider submitting an error report with system logs right after it occurs to assist our engineers.
Appreciate your thorough feedback and continued participation in the Beta Program.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team

DiscussionsI am also encountering this issue right now. The same thing happened when I interacted with a notification from the cover screen while the phone was still locked. After unfolding the device to check the capcut app, the notification drop-down was completely empty, even though I had clearly seen notifications just moments before. Locking the phone and unlocking it again seemed to fix it temporarily, but it definitely feels like there's a glitch in how the system handles notification access across the cover and main screens. Your explanation about the unlock variable not being triggered properly makes a lot of sense—it really does seem like an edge case the beta hasn’t accounted for yet. Hopefully this gets patched soon.
