Notification problems

Anyone else have moments where certain notifications don't show at all for a few hours them all come at you at once? It's happening to me primarily at night and I'm almost certain I don't have any do not disturb things on.

On certain apps I don't get any notifications. But at least I do text messages and calls.

Mainly Snapchat and Instagram for me. But those aren't the only two I've noticed.

Got 6 snapchat messages yesterday at once. Phone notification was making some weird noises playing catch-up.

Same. Even if I respond on the app before the notification storm hits, it comes to me anyway. Snapchat and Instagram.
