Is it just me, or does the animation of bringing down the notification shade feel antiquated. Specifically how at the bottom, notifications are cutoff as you slide down. There's got to be a better way for notifications to appear. Perhaps like a fade-in effect.
If you don't know what I mean, reference the screenshot and see how the notification is completely just cutoff until I slide the shade all the way down.
