Notifications

I have to double click on a notification to be able to open it

I was just about to post about this.

I feel like I am having to click notifications twice in the notification panel to get them to open.  When I click it the first time... It just takes me back to my home screen. I have to then pull down on the notification shade again and press the same notification to get it to open the app.

I thought maybe I was moving my finger and closing the panel. Glad I'm not the only one. Lol

I noticed it is not just the notifications. It is anything in the notification shade. All of the quick toggle buttons. Everything up in there.
