The now playing pill / widget at the bottom of the screen won't go away from my lock screen (and AOD) - even though it was more than an hour since I played any music. It's gone from the quick settings, but it keeps hanging on to the lock screen. It can't be swiped away. How do I get rid of it?

Open recent apps, click active apps and close them.1734201625364.jpg

It's not an active app. It seems that the only way to be rid of it is to kill the app by swiping it away in the recent apps

So, killing the app won't work with youtube. That pill/now playing widget will not go away!!

Im not having that issue with any apps, youtube, Spotify, Pandora or samsung music. I click recent apps, click active apps top left corner and choose to close app and it closes and removes the widget from the lock screen. I recommend, reboot, Make sure you have the latest updates, take screenshots and bug reports sent to Samsung.
