Funny i got a one ui 3 upgrade with android 11 banner doesnt do anything but say whats been upgraded and what not but funny non the less

I bought an unlocked device directly from Samsung ( SM-G996N ) and I don't see a banner like at all even under benefits tab. What's happening?
