Beta issues should be posted in the Beta discussion area.
Beta for Fold 4 has ended. You should be able to download and install the released version of Android 13.
To use the cover screen selfie camera, make sure that the Fold is folded. Click the Camera. Swipe up in the camera viewfinder (or click the change camera button to the right of the Shutter button). Is this what you are doing? Have you tried rebooting your Fold?
