I decided to try out the ui 9 and I like it so far. This is my 2nd day and so far so good. There are some apps that I can't open like the note assist. It says my phones not compatible. Which I was a little disappointed because I use notes a lot. However, I do like everything else. I absolutely love the ad blocker, how I can change sizes of font and apps more freely. I didn't like when all you can use was small, medium or larger. I can actually go in between now.
I still have some more things to mess with and then I'll be able to update you more. So far this update I absolutely enjoy.
If your having problems, the simple fix is to clear data (or uninstall reinstall) and that works 85% of the time with every app your having problems with
I just got my 26U about a week ago. It came with 8.5 and just upgraded to UI 9 Beta. So far zero issues. Everything works as it should. Coming from a S20+ FE I have zero complaints.
