Any word on when this will be available for US users ?

Not at this time. It just hit Europe and the Exynos models so no word when it will begin rolling out for the Snapdragon variant which includes the U.S.

One UI Beta Program for Note 20 devices is only available for Samsung unlocked devices and is currently closed.
