You've missed the opportunity it's one of those things where you have to be constantly watching for the banner to appear otherwise the spots fill up quickly which is what has happened the beta is closed now

You're not eligible. If you don't see it, then it's either that, or it's closed again. Search beta in community and look for the requirements.
