According to Samsung, it's only available for the S25 series given the chip is better suited for it. The Fold will not receive the Now Brief feature.

That sucks cuz when you plug the charger in, it looks like the now bar is trying to function. Also if they won't give it to the fold/ flip devices they should not have it in the settings as available
