DiscussionsPower down the phone (press and hold both the down volume and side buttons at the same time and choose power off). Then press and hold both the up volume and the side (power) buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. Then using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", then press the side button. Use the volume button to highlight "Yes", press the side button. It will then default to "Reboot system now" and press the side button again to restart the device as usual. Then see what happens.
