The phone is getting extremely hot, I belive if you have apps running in the background, it maybe certain apps I belive.

Try downloading Good Guardians from the Galaxy Store and using the Galaxy App Booster from within Good Guardians to optimize your apps. Rebooting to the bootloader and clearing the Cache Partition can also help.
