We’re sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing.
If the battery overheating issue continues after Beta 4 update, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
