Yes, I can even see my home screen or apps unless I go to settings and look for each app if I want to use it.

Try force stopping it and clearing cache from the Play Store

Yes I'm having the same issue with Google's Play Store I can't download any apps and I clear the cache!

Update Play store seems to be working fine now
