So far i have been joining the beta every year on my Galaxy Z Fold and its always been pointless
They never listen to feedback as the release has already been decided, they are just looking for bugs
There have been multiple bugs i have sent in that have not been fixed with a few that i sent in in oneui 8 beta!
This year especially they made oneui 8.5 compatible with s26 and dont care about the Galaxy fold
The quick settings is terrible, way to narrow, and notifications show so little in the preview, why can't we use the real estate afforded to us as we have a big screen

I agree. I think I'm going to the Pixel Fold this year. Google may be one of the most evil companies on the planet, but they at least listen to feedback on their betas.

Suggestions are always just that, nobody has to listen or act upon them.
Bugs are bad, finding and fixing bugs is good.
Betas are testing grounds to finish work up with help from volunteers.

If these are not known, please get to know them.
If betas aren't for you then then you for any you have helped with but reconsider joining a beta it you truly feel the way you described.

I'm sorry you feel this way and wish you good luck whatever you choose to do.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and your continued participation in the Beta program over the years.

We understand your concerns regarding feature design decisions and unresolved issues. Beta programs are intended both to identify software defects and to collect user feedback related to usability and overall experience. Feedback regarding UI layout, notification visibility, and large-screen optimization is valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams for review.

Please note that not all submitted feedback may be immediately reflected in the current Beta cycle, as implementation priorities and software timelines can vary.

We appreciate the time and effort you have taken to provide feedback throughout the Beta program.

Best regards,
One UI Beta Team

I submitted multiple bug reports all were accepted and fixed. By the time a product is in beta, it's already hit feature freeze for that release. So someone can recommend a great idea and it will not be implemented in that release. Look for feedback to be implemented in One UI 9.

My biggest complaint is that the software is geared towards S line and when they are in beta they actually do take suggestions as they are still finalizing it
By the time the beta comes to fold its already finalized so they never actually take fold users suggestions

I am realizing that too. Samsung only focus on the S lines not the fold. I know One UI can optimize for the fold and make the phone even powerful than the least that is doing. These folds are more expensive than any of the S lines but they won't put enough time in the software. Let them play around and iPhone fold will snatch many of Samsung fold enthusiast

Like now they came out with oneui 9 beta which will come out on fold 8 first but the beta is for s26 instead of fold 7
