DiscussionsAside from stating in the title that it is beta software, that should be posted in the beta community.
Anyway, the description of "Grey" does not appear to indicate a nonfunctional button, as in something being greyed out while stating "can press buttons". Is that referring to the background color during the call, or do the buttons appear to act as working but nothing happens when pressing them?

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
