Pull down on right for quick panel

Now that notifications and quick panel are a swipe down from the left and right, the left swipe works for the notifications page but swiping down from the right does nothing other than showing the notification panel. If I have an app open, it works as intended but from the home page, it's just the notifications. Weird. Anyone else ?

it works for me, but I want to have the option to switch sides. So, right, pull down is notifications, and left is quick settings. Haven't seen a way to do that yet.

Not an issue on my end.
Have you tried clearing the ONE UI home app cache and the system cache?

Guy, he is saying from the Home screen, any part of the screen, right side!

It doesn't work if you swipe down from anywhere of the right part of the screen

Are you touching high enough to the top of the screen?
I did notice if I don't touch high enough, notifications only show for left and right. I touched higher on both sides at the top. Left shows notifications right shows settings toggles.

I've noticed that you have to be far to the right of the front -facing camera (near the WiFi and battery icons) for the quick toggles to appear on pull down.
