Quick Panel bug, it keeps turning BLUE

For some reason, my quick panel really wants to match the wallpaper color but it looks so out of place in other apps. My quick panel appears blue. My notifications panel doesn't have this issue. It's white/grey like how it's supposed to be.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
