Screenshots Cutoff

Screenshots have changed. 1. It is cutting off the top of the screen I want to capture, I believe due to the top information bar where the clock and battery information is. On my phone it's positioned clearly below the notification bar but when I screenshot it's cutting part of what I want to capture off. I'm having to leave an EXTRA gap at the top in order for the info I need to start the capture not to get cut off. (This is using the volume and power button I haven't tried the "notification panel screen capture button or swipe to capture)

Additionally I am not longer seeing the "scroll to capture" after I take a screenshot. Am I missing something? What was an INCREDIBLY useful item when you need to capture a little bit more than what is visible.

I don't have the tip of my screen either, but don't need it in screenshot. The scroll down is still there for me though. Sorry I couldn't replicate

Scroll to capture is still there for me. Having no problems with taking a screenshot
