I've seen that happening from time to time. Closing all apps and turning the screen off and back on, does the trick for me. I have to say, odd issues do pop-up, like flash light not coming on when pressed via quick panel, I guess part of being in beta OS.
The weird fix I did was putting my phone in landscape mode (like a YouTube video or something) and then back to portrait mode. Haven't had the issue since.
