Check settings and with carrier, no issues on Verizon or tmobile in using both networks on mine. Try resetting the app and starting fresh, sometimes it'll take a few minutes to activate
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screenrecording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
