So my phone started rebooting itself sometime in the middle of the night and it turns off my alarm until I unlock my phone. Auto update is turned off and I do not have it set to reboot on schedule
I know you said you dont have reboot on schedule, but since beta 2 Samsung got rid of auto restart on schedule and replaced it with auto optimization (aka restart with needed). It may have gotten toggled on by default since it's technically a new feature.
Check to see if it's on: Setting>Battery and Device Care>3 dots in top right>automation>auto optimization>restart when needed
Please check the suggestion by @KBWolf . If the issue persists after you turn the toggle off, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
