Since beta 4 my GW4 reboots from 2 to 4 times a day. It also losses the steps and heart rate data. The only way to get the data back on the watch is to turn the watch off and back on (this is in addition to the self reboots).
Before beta 4 I wasn't experiencing any issues but with the install of beta 4 the watch has become a major issue.
