Ok now this one is crazy. I always  close my recent history  it usually  shows my recent apps. And says close all .  Well it says close all but there's nothing there.

I just tapped my "close all" and worked. I think because I use the dark theme, it doesn't look like it's active, but it is on mine.

Open the settings for the Finder application and then enable the settings

That's odd. I've searched for Finder Settings and I don't have it. Exactly where would it be located? Each link that came up in my search says "menu not available".

Open the settings for your applications then tap on the Samsung applications

Just make sure that you enable the settings and features, it seems to help find apps and settings
