So it seems so far AT&T Verizon and T-Mobile all are on board for this beta. As I have Verizon had a few friends that have diffrent carriers also got the banner. Spoke to Samung insiders and they said that it will release to all s23 models in batches doesnt have to be unlocked as this is the first time doing a beta launch open to everyone. So Yay. All we do is wait for your batch to be relesed and you will see the banner
