my es s23 ultra every 2 hours it is turning off and ordering new I know what is happening after the adroid 14 update

I don't think any of us can really understand what you said? I'm going to assume you mean it's rebooting every 2 hours? First check and see if your phone is set to restart when needed by going to Settings then Device Care and then Auto optimization. If that's not on then I would suggest that you boot into recovery mode and then clear the cache partition. To do that

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the volume up key and the power button.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may be shown briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the volume down key several times to highlight the wipe cache partition.
6. Press the power button to select.
7. Press the volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the power button to select.
8. When the process is complete, the Reboot system is now highlighted.
9. Press the power button to restart the device.

No, the phone freezes and turns off and turns off every hour or 2 hours. I have it programmed to restart at 3 in the morning.
