Yes, if typing a comment, I could see that the speaker port might get coverd if supporting the phone on the bottom.
Otherwise, hold the phone on the sides or flip to landscape.
Perhaps multitasking would also be an issue.

Try holding the phone the other side, and let me tell you, this is going to happen to you with an iPhone too for example, so maybe it's best to hold it differently.

The idea in having speakers at the top and bottom of the phone is so when we're watching videos or movies, in landscape mode, the sound is separated into left & right channels. Try it, you might like it 🙂
