STORAGE CHANGES?

Has anybody noticed that on the 23 ultra the system folder went down from 70GB to 16GB.

I've noticed the change but don't think it actually freed up any usable space. Also got a512 so not really an issue for me but for lower storage models it probably would be nice.

Before the beta I was at around 90GB used, it went down to around 70GB and I didn't change a thing, Total space, not system space

All of that carrier bloat, customizations, and profiles can easily eat up a lot of space.

Some apps may have been integrated into others. More than just the UI got changed.

Lol I bet this is related to that dumb article where they thought OneUI was taking up a huge amount of storage space. It was untrue and just Samsung showing the lost storage capacity when you convert from GB to GiB.
