Samsung Accessory Services Keep Stopping

For some reason, after the recent one UI 5.0 beta update (sept 29), this keeps popping up whenever I try to connect my watch to my phone, as a result my watch never connects to my phone. I tried resetting the watch, deleting and reinstall the samsung wearable and galaxy watch 3 plug in but the problem is still there. Is anyone else having this problem?

My watch is connecting to my phone but my wife's one not. I noticed she have a different version of Samsung Accessories than me.
