It's going to be hard to tell us S24 Ultra users that our year-old phone can't handle the new firmware after promising - in writing - that the phone is guaranteed 7 years of updates. You can't wiggle out of this one, Samsung.

I have at least 5 ads a day on my FB feed with Samsung advertising the 25U. Good place to post in the comments of these ads.

Even Apple updates their phones within a reasonable time frame. Just recently switched back to Samsung with the S24. Crazy that the Pixel has had Android 15 for months now....
