Thank you for your participation and feedback.
To help us understand the issue better, could you please send us the Error report of the incidence?
Below is the quick checklist for your Watch Beta before sending us the error report.
1) Is your Watch5 on the latest Beta software? (ZXK1 - 8th version)
2) Are your Beta Apps (Galaxy Manager / Wearable) on the latest version? (Samsung Members > One UI 6 Watch Beta Banner or Notification > Click the links for the apps (Directs you to Galaxy Beta Store) > Update apps
[Sending Error report]
Galaxy Wearable Beta app> Search for "Contact us" as key words > Error reports (Please attach Screenshots if available)> Ensure "Send system log data" is checked and submit
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, do not close the Samsung Members app until you receive a notification that error has been sent.
