I suspect they're working to gimp the release to differentiate the s25.
Can't have last years model working exactly the same as the new one.

Apple does and it works to their favor. They update all devices on the same day. Great customer services in that way at least. Not an apple fan at all just stating facts.

Or waiting till 2 weeks after the official release of the s25 so people will have already traded in their s24s since it will be mostly the same experience.
