DiscussionsHello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
If the display dimming continues after disabling Adaptive Brightness from Display settings, please submit an error report to help us investigate further.
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support in helping us improve the Beta experience.
Best regards,
One UI Beta Team

DiscussionsYou’re probably seeing Samsung’s built-in thermal/brightness protection kicking in. Even if Power Saving is off and CPU isn’t throttling, the display itself will dim automatically when the phone heats up during gaming or video playback - especially at high brightness or HDR.
