I've had the option to keep the screen on while looking at it and it never seems to work although I've toggled it on and off multiple times it still doesn't work and the screen turns off in the 30 seconds. It even turns off as videos are playing which never used to happen. This has been happening for a few months so I don't know if it's beta related but it bugs me that while I'm watching videos I have to keep tapping the screen so it doesn't turn off but I don't want to have to go to the settings every time and change the time out. Ugh. I know it's not a huge deal by any means but it's somewhat annoying to me. I also sent this as feedback as I'm not sure if it's an issue for others too

I recommend that your submit a bug report. The screen should never turn off when you are watching a video regardless of the screen timeout settings.

I had a similar issue yesterday with it turning my screen off about every 30 seconds on my fitness app, but today my screen was back to staying on like it should be for that app. Some of these issues are so sporadic it's hard to determine if it's a one time glitch or if its a bug that needs to have an error report sent in.

Several of the issues I have had seem to happen several times then clearing partion cache has fixed them! The only one that continues off & on is the restart issue! The others by doing cache partion wipe has seemed to fix them!
