Screenshots/Smart Select lag

While taking screenshots or using smart select, it takes at least 2 seconds for the system to actually take the desired frame. Anyone else noticed it?

Yeah, there is some serious lag. I don't like that I have to circle either. If that 2-3 second lag would go away, maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

I agree it's definitely lagging in Beta 3 it was faster in Beta 2
