Sleep 3-day streak badge

I am on 4-day streak sleep consistency but the 3-day streak badge keeps saying that I still need one more days.

I think this is new added badge system so I wonder how this sleep badge is earned. Like do I earn the badge after the streak gets broken or should I already get this 3-day streak badge?

I also submitted it as error report but I'm not sure if it really is. Samsung health beta app is already the latest version (updated yesterday)
