Slight lag after reboot/reloading app

One thing that Samsung has not really been able to fix is that slight stutter/lag when initially opening an app or doing a navigation. A good example of this, is when you do a fresh reboot and you try to swipe to the Google discovery window. Typically you will see a stutter. If you manually close an app and then try to reopen it, there will be a delay when you reopen it. It's not a huge deal breaker but it would be nice to see the responsiveness improve in those areas.
