Yep. Looks like I've lost that option as well. Sending feedback to Samsung on this.

Smart Lock is here for me all I did was go to settings and search the keyword Smart Lock and it came right up

Thanks, yes it is there NOW. It must have been fixed in the last Beta update. Thanks for the heads up.
