I'm having trouble after updating my galaxy S10e with Android 12. I think I updated through the software update in the settings but I'm facing trouble updating our installing some of the apps through Google play store. I tried all the solution that was posted online but still was unable to get it working. I think it is due to the update, so could you please kindly fix it in the next update. And if anyone else is facing such problem have you guys found any solution to it?
We have not released an update for S10 devices since 12/23/2021. Please try clearing cache and data of the play store as well as play services apps to see if that helps resolve the issue.
