I'm not sure but I don't think this works for Beta. I just updated Sound Assistant on my S21 Ultra and I now have this option.

Mine is working now!!! Beta 8. The option wasn't there yesterday. I just watched this video as a tutorial!! Hopefully this helps you guys.
