Had to manually add these in access points and mobile data is working now on spectrum.

I just found that out too. I actually just made a post

I erased all settings from Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset All settings. Then reboot. Then toggle on Airplane mode for a minute. Then toggle off Airplane mode. My Spectrum mobile data is back!
